We wish to begin by thanking you for your patience while we have developed a set of criteria and an information template that we believe will allow our task force to successfully prioritize all academic programs at the University of Saskatchewan. We know many of you are anxious to begin the next step in this process – the completion of the online template allowing you to tell us about your program(s).
We have now posted a paper version of the template on our blog. Although the online version is still going through final testing, we wanted to provide you with the opportunity to begin to collect information for your responses and to delegate the work where necessary. You will receive an email the week of July 8 providing you with information on accessing the online version, along with a supplementary, customized worksheet for each department or college/school that will assist you in preparing quantitative data.
A guide to assist you in the completion of the template will be posted on Friday. We ask that you please read this advice carefully as we have put a great amount of effort into this document to ensure you have all the information you need to be successful in completing the template. Should you require more information or clarification on questions included in the template after reading these guidelines, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you have questions or require support regarding data, please contact the TransformUS data support team at email@example.com.
In addition, information sessions will be offered throughout the summer to provide more hands on assistance with the process. Please watch your email or visit transformus.usask.ca for more information on these sessions.
If at any time there are additional individuals within your program(s) that require access to the online template, please send the program name along with the individual’s name, role (contributor, first reviewer/approver, final reviewer/approver) and NSID to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Templates must be completed and approved by an individual you identified as a final reviewer/approver no later than end of day August 30, 2013.
Thank you in advance for the time and effort spent completing the template for your program(s). We sincerely appreciate what you will be able to bring to this process.
