Part 2b: Translating Government Policy into Campus Services

As the United States and other governments pass open access policies, there is a growing need to develop library services to support faculty in understanding and complying with these mandates. Program 2B will discuss what changes are happening in the public policy arena, with a focus on US policy and touching on international policy issues. Case studies of libraries working directly with their academic communities to educate and support compliance will share their experiences of what is effective.
