Saskatchewan First Nations Group Seeks to Bid on PotashCorp

With the November 3rd deadline approaching, Canada needs to decide whether or not to block BHP Billiton’s bid for PotashCorp. A First Nations Group from Saskatchewan is talking to banks, pension funds, and Chinese investors in an attempt to make a rival bid.
