It also has some great features for the “review process” that may be added post source. MS Word Autocorrect Tip:

Posted in Did you Know? on March 18, 2007 by

Everyone uses the autocorrect feature in word (whether you know it or not), but its most powerful application is using it to display repeatedly used graphics and text with just a couple of keystrokes.
For example, if you have a signature containing a logo, which is used in a variety of documents,

    1. Select the text and the image.
    2. Select Tools|Autocorrect Options.
The Autocorrect dialogue box is displayed with the selected text appearing in the With: text box.

    3. In the Replace: text area, type in an abbreviation, or a couple of characters that will represent the signature.
    4. Click on Add and OK.
    5. From any open document, type in the shortcut characters and press enter.

The text, including logo will appear.
