ICT service levels during Christmas break

All Information and Communications Technology (ICT) systems are expected to be available during the Christmas break.

The ICT Help Desk will be closed from 3:00 pm December 24, 2013 until 8:00 am January 2, 2014. During this time the Help Desk email and voicemail will be monitored for urgent issues with wide impact only.
